can higher voltage (let's say 3.0) decrease stability in a well ventilated and perfectly cooled case?
I'm not talking of premature death, but simply, is it possible for a setup stable @ 235 fsb to become instable when you up the voltage from 2.85 to 3.0?

DDR ram doesn't get that hot...

I allready used ddr @ 3.15 Volt, and it didn't get very warmer then stock volts...

Than you need bh5 or ch5
If you get lucky your bh5 does 230 @ 2-11-2-2 (2.9v)

The hynix chips i've encountered did pretty high on stock voltage. I had 2 Apacer 512mb PC3200 sticks (hynix chips) that did 224mhz at 2.5v primestable.

Whether high voltage kills depends on the chips used. Winbond BH-5 will last for years on 3.2V.
