amd barton cores and steppings

I got this list from the GoT fora:

cores:
AQUCA
AQXCA
AQXDA
AQXEA
AQXFA
AQZEA
AQZFA
AQYFA

steppings:
XPMW
XPAW
WPGW
UPMW
TPMW
TPAW
MPM
MPMW
TLPW
TPNW
TPCW
RPIW
WPMW
VPMW
VPBW
UPAW
UPCW
SPMW
SPAW

but I'm confused in what order it goes:
I think the cores go from worst to best (aqyfa being the best)
and the steppings is the other way around; they go from best to worst (xpmw being the best). but I'm not sure about this...

can anyone help me out here?

I' ve asked on telenet forum a while ago but I didn't get any relative feedback

find steppings , sorted by XP/T-Bred/Barton

or take look at the cpu database @ overclockers.com
