Gainward GLH 9800GT 512MB Voltage of the GPU Standard voltage = 1.13v OVP = 1.13v + 180mV = 1.31v (seems to be rather 1.3v + 180mV = 1.48v) Pin19 = FB, 100k resistor between pin and ground Voltage of the MEMORY Standard voltage = 2.10v Max voltage = 2.45v Measurement points Blue = Vgpu Green = Vmem Last edited by Massman : 28th July 2009 at 13:04.

Doing a quick test with the first card at 1.265v Vgpu. 800/2000/1200 is GT4/03 stable, without artifacts. 830gpu, 2100sha is no-go

Increased voltage to 1.35v to see effect on overclockability and temperature. 850c = no-go; 830 is stable 2100s = artifacts/lock-ups; 2000s is just fine 1200m = still okay

Not worth to increase voltage that much. If I were you, I'd stick to 1.265v and freqs of 800/2000/1300, which is perfectly stable. lower temperatures will probably help more
