TCCD chips taken hostage

GET ONTO the main floor and listen up, people. It's nine in the morning, and we have a new threat to the security of the world overclocking economy. Samsung is discontinuing its TCCD memory chips, we learned exclusively just hours ago.

Default Samsung stopped making TCCD chips!

It seems like Samsung stopped making the TCCD chips and jumps into the DDR2 market!

If you are waiting to buy some TCCD I would suggest not to, and buy some now before the stock is running to it's end and the prices go up ( cfr. Mushkin's bh-5 series )!

edit: after doing some research it seems like the latest batch was 0445 and whe are now 0506, so that whas 3 months ago!

Well, you can't compare RAM who needs 3.2V at least to reach 280MHZ , with RAM that reaches 280MHz @ 2.8V

280mhz on 3.2v i would like to see that

300mhz relaxed timings ~= 270 mhz tight timings, and TCCD can reach over 300 mhz so starting from then TCCD has the advantage!
