 |  Noctua Thermosiphon "Liquid" Cooler Prototype Looks Promising Noctua, known for air cooling solutions, revealed a prototype for a "liquid" cooling product at Computex. However, this "liquid" cooler has no pump, Noctua's design aims to provide effective cooling without it.
