| Intel 22nm Ivy Bridge and Haswell CPU Details The IDF is usually the ideal place to learn more about the business heart of Intel, ie the design of microprocessors. Although this issue has not been rich in ads, we still able to glean some information by talking with engineers working in the regional R & D. They have given us the status of projects Intel for the next 5 years. The new CPU therefore follow the pattern of development "Tick-Tock", ie a new architecture every two years (Tock), followed by a die shrink (Tick) to increase the fine print. In exclusivity, here are the code names of future generations of processors, and until 2012: 2007: Penryn - 45nm, Quad core (Tick)http://translate.google.com/translat... &sl=fr&tl=en
