Default Gigabyte Silent Cell to Tackle HD 4770

Finally a dead quiet ATI HD 4770! Gigabyte slaps on their passive cooler which kept 9600 GT and 9800 GT GPU temps at bay in the past.
Helping us enjoy the silence, Gigabyte has constructed a custom Radeon HD 4770 (codenamed GV-R477SL-1GI) which comes equipped with a dual-slot passive cooling solution that actually longer than the card and boasts three beefy copper heatpipes. The upcoming RV740-powered card has 640 Stream Processors, an 128-bit memory interface and 1GB of GDDR5 memory, which is double the amount found on current models, plus D-Sub, DVI and HDMI outputs.
