This VGA is coming at the end of month (April 28th) price around $99, replacing the HD 4830. Performance is very close to HD 4850 level and this at much lower power consumption.

at this performance level and $99 price tag, the HD 4770 is going to make a killing, NVIDIA has no competitive product at this price level (at this point in time), the 9600 GT is no match, the 9800 GT might come close, the GTS 250 will be quicker, but also more expensive...

Time will tell how price/performance will play out!
