AMD Socket-AM2 K9 Heatsink Spotted in the Wild?

When the AMD Socket-AM2 Ahtlon64 processors burst onto the market shortly, it will be helpful to have a performance K9 heatsink on hand to keep them running cool and quiet. HWupgrade.it has managed to snag a couple shots of what is apparently listed as a Foxconn 'K9' heatsink. But does this mean it is intended to be used with Socket-AM2 / Socket M2 processors? The prototype copper heatpipe infused Foxconn heatsink shown here utilizes a 92x92x38mm three-blade fan that spins at 4000RPM (46dBA). This hefty copper heatsink appears to mount directly to the motherboard via four PCB holes. Previous 'K8' AMD socket 939/940/754 processors used a heatsink retention frame which was affixed with just two holes in the motherboard PCB. The new Socket-AM2 heatsink retention mechanism standard uses four which are spaced a bit wider than with socket 478 systems.
