The Xeon X3320 is the server version of the desktop Q9300 Quad Core processor, the new 45nm process makes this a cool running CPU. In this quick overclocking test we see if the X3320 which comes with stock 2.5Ghz clocks is any good at overclocking. Similar priced as the Q9300 it will be interesting.

The X3320 is the server CPU version of the desktop Q9300, except for their name, both products are identical, they have 1333FSB and 7.5x multiplier. Pricing for both models is also very similar, so if you can find a Q9300, the X3320 will make a nice alternative.
