ENDORFY GEM Plus Wireless Onyx White Gaming Mouse Review

Others/Mice & Keyboards by stefan @ 2024-09-29

For testing GEM Plus Onyx White Wireless, we fired up The Quarry, DOOM Remastered, Dustborn, Nier Automata and Blood Fresh Supply; thanks to the high-end sensor, the mouse tracked flawlessly, and we were quite happy with its grippy side panels as well, along with the top smooth surface, which increases the comfort levels. Using it in wired mode is also quite doable thanks to the paracord cable, which adds little to no drag, while the RGB lighting is not intrusive.

A Closer Look Part II

Along with the GEM Plus Wireless Onyx White, we will get the USB cable which shares the color scheme with the mouse; it is fully braided and paracord type so fully flexible not to add drag when we are in wired mode:

The cable connectors are gold plated, for optimal contact:

The GEM Plus Wireless Onyx White adopts a comfortable shape, with a smooth textured white top, while the chassis underneath is grey:

The scroll wheel does come with grippy rubber texture on the sides, while the middle is semi transparent for allowing RGB lighting to shine through; the Kailh GM 8.0 microswitches are present for the left and right buttons for durability purposes, while the click surface is large enough not to make your fingers slip. The nearby button will be used for DPI step cycling, it is placed strategically so it won’t be pressed by mistake:

In the front, we also have the USB port present:

On the left side, we will note two extra programmable buttons, but also a grippy rubber surface with triangle-shaped patterns, for resting our thumb finger:

The curved back does come with an RGB-enabled logo, but also an underneath RGB lip; this RGB segment along with the top logo are programmable from software in terms of effects and the lighting does nicely bleed on the surface:

The right side is quite the same as the left, minus the extra buttons:
