The Transporter Lite 2TB Portable SSD offers good performance and enough capacity for a lot of tasks such as backup for different software, storing multimedia content or different documents. It packs TLC NAND but comes with a healthy amount of pSLC not to cause performance drops immediately, while the aluminum build helps with heat dissipation.

The HD Tune Writes workload does show very little variance in write speeds while pSLC is in effect, which is great!
The Patriot Transporter Lite can be currently found online for about 150 Euros, matching price to other similar portable drives from other manufacturers.
