Before starting the second stage of our tests, we have had to fill the drive over 50%; we have done this in parallel with transfer rate and temperature monitoring; in IDLE mode, we have observed very good temperature for both NAND and controller:

Even after 277GB of data written, the transfer rates remained high, with very small dips along the way:
The first performance drop was observed after 304GB of data written:

We consider 1.7GB/s still a good write speed after 415GB of continuous writing, however the temperatures kept rising:
The second drop occurred after 461GB of data written, meaning we started writing directly to the TLC due to the pSLC filled out; still, data transfers between 700 and 800MB/s are great for use in a mobile console! Surprisingly, the temperatures started dropping at this stage:
