The Viper V3 Pro mouse from Razer takes part of the ultra-high-end series of gaming mice, incorporating a lightweight chassis of only 54g, a familiar design with great comfort for your hand, the 35K Optical Sensor Gen-2, up to 8000 Hz polling rate in wireless mode but also powerful software with features such as Mouse Rotation and Dynamic Sensitivity.

Via the Performance tab, we can adjust the sensitivity stages, the Polling Rate, and we can even match the sensitivity settings of a previously calibrated mouse!

The Polling Rate of 8000 Hz will be present only when using the dedicated dongle in wireless mode:

Next, we can navigate to the Power Saving capabilities of the mouse, to conserve battery life:

The tracking distance can be adjusted as needed, but we can also enable Asymmetric Cut-off:

Razer takes it up a notch by introducing Dynamic Sensitivity, which gives the users the option to have a constant adaptive sensitivity, depending on the mouse speed movement

Based on your game style, you will prefer Classic, which increases the sensitivity gradually with the faster movement speeds, just like Windows mouse acceleration function works:

The Natural preset will quickly increase sensitivity at low movement speeds, after a while the sensitivity value will eventually remained at a fixed value:

The Jump preset will actually leave the sensitivity at a constant value, while when we perform very quick mouse movements, the sensitivity will spike considerably to allow very fast movement inside the game:

Of course, we have a Custom preset which we can configure as needed:

Another novelty is the Rotation function, which allows competitive players to use the mouse at an unconventional angle and the sensor will adapt to match the user’s grip and gaming style!
