AQIRYS ADARA MINI Gaming Keyboard Review

The ADARA MINI shares all the good features from the regular model, only now is offered in a more compact, 75% format; AQIRYS is not kidding around when it comes to board and vibration/noise dampening design so with it you will have a very pleasant typing experience, without annoying people around you. The linear HaiMu Pink switches have an amazing durability of 100 million actuations and we have had a real blast when playing Wolfenstein The New Order, It Takes Two, DOOM Eternal and Dead Space 2023!

A Closer Look Part VI

By using the required tool, we could remove the keycap of the Esc key, for showing the switch; the keyboard is equipped with HaiMu Linear Pink switches by default, which offer linear feedback, a switch travel between 1.5 and 2mm, while the switch force is 45gF. These are factory pre-lubed and to offer a more silent experience when actuating, ADARA is also equipped with plate-mounted stabilizers:

The lightweight chassis is then covered by a noise-dampening EVA foam, and then AQIRYS has mounted on it a hot-swappable switch socket. Over it we do have the PCB silencer & anti-vibration silicone pad, which is accompanied by the silicone gasket mount:

The installation of a new switch (board compatible with 3-pin and 5-pin switches) is straightforward:

After connecting the keyboard to a spare USB port from our test computer, we immediately noted the RGB goodness, amplified by the light flow between the keycaps thanks to the internal build design:
