Got another interesting product to test from ANACOMDA lately, which is a desktop RAM kit, carrying a surprising product name, Eryx Tataricus, the alternative name of the Tartar Sand Boa snake. The kit is available with capacities of either 16GB or 32GB, while the operating frequencies are 5600MHz, 6000MHz, 6200MHz or 7200MHz.
Our test kit has shipped inside a small, compact cardboard enclosure, showing a photo of the product in the middle, but also logos of the supported RGB configuration tools, coming from motherboard manufacturers:
The back side of the box does show the chosen configuration, ours being a 6000MHz kit in a 2x16GB configuration. Here we will also note the address of Minpo Corporation, along with the product code names and serial numbers:
The two modules come with medium-sized heatspreaders, but also a top light diffuser:
The aluminum spreaders are painted black and feature a distinctive design on the side, while the middle area concludes with a snake head logo:
The opposite side of the module is quite similar, with some extra elements:
First, we will note a small sticker with two separate serial numbers:
A DDR5 logo is present near the top:
On the top area of the module, we can see two RGB separations, the larger middle area also containing the ANACOMDA logo:
The small light-diffusers in the corners do also help with the RGB effects:
After installing the kit in our test system, we will note that it is quite bright, illuminating nearby components as well!
