Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro In-Ear Headphones Review

Audio/Others by stefan @ 2021-03-08

After fitting the preferred ear tips, we started listening to different YouTube videos, podcasts and even took some phone calls. While using the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro to take phone calls, were heard by the person on the other side as we would be using the phone on speaker, but the quality has improved quite a lot after performing the latest firmware update. While you cannot expect to have the same amount of bass as when using a pair of on-ear headphones, these can deliver clear voices with good mids. Thanks to the low weight and lack of cables, the headphones are very comfortable to wear, even during workout sessions, having IPX4 water resistance.

Impressions and Conclusive Thoughts

The multitude of microphones and ANC will allow the headphones to function about 4 hours from a single charge, but we can refill the batteries four more times by using the included case; which also comes with a compact, sleek design. ANC succeeds to isolate the outside noise if you are frequently commuting to work but you can also select “Ambient” mode so you can hear what the person is speaking next to you, without the need of actually removing the headphones from your ears, which is neat!

The button remapping feature is another thing we have enjoyed, while the multitude of supplied ear buds will make sure that the product will fit absolutely any ear size. The touch interface will take some time to get used to but will become a seamless process afterwards.

The only negative aspect we could remind about this product is its sale price: 190 Euros, which is pretty steep.
