The Superior Pro microSDXC UHS-I Card from Silicon Power is available with 64GB, 128GB, 256GB and 512GB capacities, each sporting a different color, since the series name, Colorful. This model was made to meet UHS Speed Class 3 and the UHS Video Speed Class 30 standards for 4K UHD video recording. In terms of speed rating, the card is noted to have up 100MB/s reads and up to 80MB/s writes; the speeds may differ depending on the device configuration as well.
The 256GB model which we have received as a sample was packed inside a simple cardboard enclosure with a small plastic compartment, where we can spot the main product, along with the microSD adapter:
On the back, we will note that the manufacturer has included a short product description in multiple languages, some technical details but also the product serial number and the internal code name:
The adapter together with the Superior Pro card can be easily removed from the transparent plastic compartment:
The supplied adapter does increase the compatibility of the card along multiple devices and does also feature a lock button (for not permitting writes to the card):
On the back of the adapter, we will spot the nine gold-plated feet:
The little microSDXC card does feature a catchy color scheme; here we will learn that it integrates 3D NAND technologies, but we will also find out of the total storage space and supported standards:
The gold-plated contact feet are available on the bottom; a factory code is also printed here:
