Back in 2010, we have had the pleasure to check out the first Kova mouse from ROCCAT, which did incorporate a 3200DPI optical gaming sensor, a V-shape ergonomic fit, 5(+2) buttons and a simple but cool lighting system. The mouse was driverless and did not come with any special application; the new Kova changes a lot of aspects regarding ergonomics, configuration, lighting system or sensor, but let’s take a closer look first at the packaging. The product is shipped inside a ROCCAT-themed cardboard enclosure, which features a similar shape as we have seen with previous products. On the top area, we will be able to see the mouse in operation, along with a small list of product highlights:
A larger ROCCAT logo can be spotted on the side:
Nearby we will be also able to spot the package contents list, system requirements and technical specifications:
Several product features can be spotted as pictograms on the top of the packaging:
Also in the vicinity we can learn about Overdrive Mode and ROCCAT SWARM unified software:
A full list of product features can be found in the back, while the specifications are translated in many different languages:
Inside the box, we will get to see the product documentation which is available inside a transparent plastic envelope, but also the main point of attraction:
Besides the Quick Installation Guide, we will also receive one Disposal Information document:
A quick look into the product capabilities can be observed from the supplied leaflet:
