The newest Netbox model from Foxconn, code name nT-A3500 features an AMD Fusion platform with the E-350 CPU and AMD Radeon HD 6310 integrated graphics; the product is packaged inside a smaller and better organized cardboard box compared to the nT330i model we looked upon in 2010; the frontal side of the box shows us a photo of the two color variants the barebone can come in:
On the bottom right side, we can locate a “Powered by Foxconn” logo:
One of the box laterals reveals some serial numbers, and a small summary of the included components:
After the removal of the external cardboard, we end up with a plain white box:
On the top of the cardboard box, we can find the barebone wrapped in a bubble bag for added protection; under it there is the rest of the bundle:
The bundle consists of a small manual, a CD with drivers, some screws, magnetic feet, 4 circular adhesive feet, the WiFi Antenna, a dock which is the same shape as the one found with the previous model, one power lead, the power adapter and a DVI-I to VGA adapter:
The screws that are supplied as extra can be used with the supplied VESA mount:
The power adapter is smaller this time and is rated on the output 19V, 3.42A:
Inside the small manual, we are shown the main components of the product and how to set it up; however, the removal of the top cover and installation of the necessary extra components is not found here (on the older manual, these instructions were found inside a separate document):
Here are the steps we need to follow for removing the top cover:
