The iP90 Dual Alarm Clock Radio for iPhone/iPod comes with a large and easy readable LCD display, which gives us information regarding current date/time, alarm settings, current radio frequency and so on. Compared with the previous reviewed models, this one has more LCD backlight dim levels available. (the top buttons light up with the same intensity as the display)

The product does not disappoint regarding sound quality and besides EQ, we also have a 3D audio setting that we can keep enabled or disable; the bass is decent for a unit so small and I found that it is heard best when our ears are at the same height level with the product.Radio reception is very good and I had no problems scanning all available stations in the area; the device does also come with AM reception and a separate antenna with a dock.

We also get a remote which is handy in case the product is not placed in an accessible location, and many “wake-to” possibilities like: Buzzer, Iphone/Ipod, Playlist, Radio. Like the iP49 and iP41, it cannot charge the Iphone/Ipod when docked if the product is not powered from a wall socket; the internal batteries are only for clock backup and internal buzzer, which can sound the alarm in case of a power failure.

The iP90 lacks the need of plastic inserts, to make it compatible with different Ipod/Iphones, and uses an adjustable dock. The iP90 can be found in stores for about 100 Euros, a good price considering the multiple features this product comes with.
